    Pros

Compensations are fairly competitive for the first few years with respect to other major players in the market. But it tends to stagnate after a certain point. Time offs are very standard. Benefits can take a beating in comparison to other major IT services companies.

    Cons

Work life balance can take a back seat on and off if you are in a critical project. You can see a lot of sycophancy and even nepotism in office. Mid level managers can get very biased at times. Growth can become a concern if one stays for long.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please focus on your employees and look after their growth. They are the asset that you can always bank upon. Hear out their grievances and work on them. Provide them opportunities to learn and grow.
