    Pros

    We get excellent training when we join there as a fresher. We also get very good projects to work on.

    Cons

    We need to complete needless certifications to get promotions. No one knows how people get promoted. Working hard and smart alone doesn't help.

    - Strong staff of leaders
    - Salaries somewhat competitive
    - Good benefits

    Cons

    Work Life balance is not the best. Loss a close family member and was not allowed to attend the funeral.
    India focused, if you are not from India there is a glass ceiling.
     Not a entrepreneurial as they advertise. A lot bureaucracy to plow through

    Need to perform a "voice of the employee" by an outside firm
    Need to apply "lean concepts" to many of your administrative processes
    Minimize the differences between employees from different countries

    Company Values, Policy Driven, Excellent facilities in India, Good growth opportunities available but depends on the project

    Cons

    Work life balance, work culture, Cannot settle at a single location if onsite - project driven, poor benefits, quality of engineers deteriorating,

    Need a bottom up approach to improve the quality of engineers
    Executive decisions should be able to overrule the policies (sometimes too many policies can cause a problem)
