A very different experience of project execution.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe campuses are best in class and can keep you amused for months. The work culture is nice and with lot of good people around you'll always find a thing or two to learn from almost everyone. Infosys is a large execution machine and nothing matters more than on time and quality deliverables. Coming to the benefits part - it's lower than market standard but then Infosys never declared as a top rated payer.

ConsBenefits and perks are not at par with market and career progress is slow.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe first and foremost is - the CRR process should go. Given that every project has its own dynamics comparing folks from different project during appraisal is not fair, transparent and unscientific.
