    Pros

The work atmosphere is professional as well as friendly where appropriate. Marketing and HR staff are prompt at responding to employees. All in all a great place to work!

    Cons

Benefits for full-time consultants needs improvement

    Advice to Management

They are headed in the right direction. I would recommend compensating better performing consultants in some fashion (maybe an annual bonus) to keep them motivated.Kudos to the management for taking good care of their employees.

    Pros

I worked as a full time employee for Infovision for more than 3 years. I really enjoyed my tenure there. This is really an employee friendly company. The benefits are great. They also take care of all immigration paper work seamlessly. Infovision’s biggest strengths are HR, Immigration, Employee relations, Job Satisfaction and Recruiting. They have really strong contacts with large clients and getting project of your own choice is not difficult here. I worked for various consulting companies before, but this place is really very honest and worry free.

    Cons

    Little less on cultural activities.

    Advice to Management

Thanks for taking care of employees and please keep doing with the same spirit.

    Pros

Good company to work for. Benefits arent bad. They pay you on time.

    Cons

The recruiters arent very good. You never hear from them once you start. I dont know who I am supposed to contact if I have questions. Feels like I am just a number

    Advice to Management

Invest in recruiters who you want to work with and find better projects/rates.

    Pros

Their dealings were pretty neat. Whenever you have a problem and call them, they respond really fast. They assure that everything will be ok and strangely, everything becomes ok when you reach their client (for me- Verizon) location!

    Cons

There is no visibility of the process going on.Horrible communication When they hire you, they send a huge bundle of docs to fill up and send across- which they can easily do at their office. They never respond or guide you unless you call them During the hiring process, if you have a doubt and mail them for clarification about a form, they never respond or pick up the phone- which is very irritating

    Advice to Management

Improve the communication gap between your employees. If they have a question, please answer it. Don't just ignore our mails.
