    Pros

Great people and a good work environment. Everyone within the company is willing to help each other out. Overall, it's a very close knit group.

    Cons

Heavy travel of more than +60%. As a result, the work life balance can be difficult.

    Advice to Management

Currently, only maternity leave is given to mothers. My advice would be to give paternity leave to fathers as well.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Ingenico Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some areas to be improved that can be taken as interesting challenges. As individual effort, there are a lot of opportunities to learn. Nice environment. Flexibility.

    Cons

Minimum or inexistent opportunities to travel. There is not a clear career path. Culture is very conservative, therefore innovation in different ways is not a strength.

    (Translated from English)

    Pros

    Bon salaire et bénéfices collectifs

    Good salary and corporate benefits

    Cons

Mauvais environnement de travail (responsables stressants, changent l'organisation tous les 6 mois, promotions basées sur des décisions politiques)

Bad work environment (Stressing Managers, change the organization every 6 months, promotion based on political decisions)

    Advice to Management

La gestion c'est savoir prendre des décisions avec vos équipes, pas donner des ordres comme un « chef »...

Management is about taking decisions with your teams, not giving orders as a "chief" ....
