Pros
- company dedicated to increasing cash flow -- bottom line. Emphasis high on product quality, reliability, customer satisfaction and brand. Finally beginning to do better in the area of acquisitions. Ease of moving to advanced levels when openings occur.
Cons
Obsession with moving verticle manufacturing operations to outsourced vendors with a tendency to not care whether the propriety technology, designs are copied and leveraged by some offshore vendors. Beginning to rapidly displace employees
Advice to Senior Management
Recent decisions seem to be based on financial implications without looking at the whole operation. Moving farther toward an ares where employees are feeling very insecure and not appreciated
