Current Employee – been working at Ingram Micro full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Ingram is a very mature company that has strong leadership and which provides a stabile enviroment. Additionally by being a very large company there are many opportunities to explore various ambitions either in your current department or outside of your current department. Also due to the ever changing business you are often given the opportunity innovate and create.
Cons – While there are always oportunities for advancement it isn't always easy to get them. Also this is a very lean company so as large projects come up there is a need to occasionally rally and put in the long hours neccesary to meet deadlines.
Advice to Senior Management – I think there are some perks that Ingram could offer their employees like free beverages or even a more casual dress code that wouldn't cost much but would make the long days more enjoyable

Current Employee – been working at Ingram Micro full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Exciting work at times, lots of professional contacts
Cons – The pay scale blows. Not much room for advancement unless you want to keep hopping and skipping through the company. Find something you're good at and love? Well after so many years you're going to need to find something else to do.
Advice to Senior Management – Have promotions within vendor funded positions, instead of making the vendor pay for your promotion. These associates still work for you, remember?
