I worked at Ingram Micro full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Average pay, but lots of hours.

    Cons

Too much favoritism, cronyism, and corruption... You're either part of the gang (or a family member) or not. If not, expect to be singled out, blamed, exploited, and treated unfairly while others take credit for your hard work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try looking at results instead of rumors...How many good managers do you have to loose before you realize there's a few bad mangers that have been there way too long and will do anything, good or bad, to keep the eyes off of them....

    Cons

Like in many companies its competitive which can cause cliques to form and to bump heads.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Appreciate your long tender associate they are the ones that helped build this company to become what it is today, instead of looking at new associate to take there positions for cheaper salaries.
