Pros
It is a great working environment.
Everyone is very friendly.
It's like a working in a family that rarely fightsCons
I can't say much because I haven't been here long enough.
Most of my colleagues have 10+ years under their belt.
Or maybe the economy right now is not at it's best.
I don't feel there is a great advancement opportunity.Advice to Senior Management
Keep taking good care of the most valuables asset in Ingram Micro - the employee.
Good people will never leave.
