Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

    Pros

Good work life balance. Lots of training. Supporting colleagues. Good working environment. Good compensation. Open door policy. working is fun

    Cons

If you are in non important project ready to search for a job any time. Very unpredictabe management decision. People working in good projects are very proudy. No importance to small clients even if due to these clients initto came to this point to join hands to SAXO. Lots of politics within the organisation. You should be in good will list of management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to be more transparent. Respect your employees. Emphasize on long term plans rather than on short term plans. Don't hire people just to fire them not due to their technical incompetency rather than your wrong decision to start or continue a project
