I have been working at Inktel Direct full-time for more than a year
Pros – They work with your schedule.
They have a nice brand new break room.
Cons – They don't offer over time.
PTO CANNOT be taken around the holidays.
If the calls are slow, they will send you home.
and if the calls get busy they will call you to come back.
They will make you a shared agent so that way when calls get slow you can be useful in another account. They will not pay you additional for doing more work.
They do not offer raises for customer service reps; Even if you've worked there 5 + years.
they pay every 7 and 22 of the month. Sometimes pay can seem longer than 2 weeks.
Bonus is offered but they make it nearly impossible to get it.
You have to tell your supervisor your going to the bathroom and notate it on a aux time tracker sheet; like if we were children.
Advice to Senior Management – Give raises at least once per year.

I have been working at Inktel Direct full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Inktel wants to be a good company but Management is too busy playing CYA and spinning PR to look at the real underlying issues.
Cons – Poor leadership. Management spends more time playing politics and running than actually managing the company. Poor management leads to alot of turnover.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay more attention to your employees and the jobs they do.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Inktel Direct full-time for more than a year
Pros – -Flexibility with scheduling
-Pretty decent pay, compared to other jobs
-Friendly/fun atmosphere
-Members of management are very approachable
-We work with well-known, reputable companies
-The place looks great
Cons – In all honesty, I must say that this may not be a reflection of Inktel as a whole, but more so the experience of myself and the majority of my department-- we are constantly being micromanaged, guidelines and policies change at the drop of a hat (and you are expected to quietly comply), there are unreasonable standards in regards to the call flow, certain incentives are promised but not upheld, and (aside from a quality assurance position) it is near impossible to advance because the higher positions are pretty much set in stone
Advice to Senior Management – Rather than always wearing your managerial hat, at least try and put yourself in the employees' shoes. Your expectations are unrealistic, and I'm sure that you know it but choose to push the clients' demands rather than attempting to accommodate us and find middle ground.
– I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Inktel Direct
Pros – Inktel Direct is a great place to work because of the culture of meritocracy. If you perform, you get promoted. Also people who work their aren't afraid to have a little fun!
Cons – I really like my job, so thinking of cons is tough. The pay is not phenomenal I guess. Everything else is great!

I worked at Inktel Direct
Pros – Employees get along well and are collaborative
Company encourages employees to get involved in the community
Some leaders are understanding and professional
Cons – Salaries are substandard compared to similar roles at other organizations
Nepotism is rampant. You must be either a close friend or a relative of someone in upper management to move up in the company
Work environment is gloomy and depressing
Training is mediocre and support is poor to non-existent
The tools provided to do the job, including technology, are pitiable
Advice to Senior Management – Inktel’s leadership is more concerned with public image and put no effort in making sustainable changes that will lead to a better culture. Unless you open your mind and realize that great talent is walking out your doors because of the culture you have created, you will soon find yourself unable to meet your organizational goal.

I have been working at Inktel Direct
Pros – Good pay
Nice coworkers
No quotas to sell anything
Customer forgiveness let us do ANYTHING to move call forward
Cons – Supervisors do not discipline when employees harass one another.
Allows misconduct in favorite agents
Management cares nothing about you.
Advice to Senior Management – Realize that some of your best employees are not the loud ones you drink with one the weekend as friends. Unprofessional.
