    Pros

It is a job so you do get paid for all the complex work involved.

    Cons

No employee value beyond them giving a cake and if you are hoping for a raise or advancement...forget about it. This is a stepping stone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I can not give advice to people who should know their jobs.

I worked at Innosource full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The is a Temp/Recruiter companay - The pay was fair for the region. Paid time off and full benefits were included. That's rare for a temp hire agency. Depending upon supervision the environment can be pleasant.

    Cons

The bottom line is money from the contract (in this case with a fortune 500 company). In the face of obvious favoritism and bias, management turned its head the other way and even went along with it. Schedules for temps were changed to ones that allowed little time for family or continuing education.

Former Employee - Desktop Support in Pittsburgh, PA

I worked at Innosource full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Upside was paid holidays and PTO. Offered medical benefits, but very little contribution by company. Better off to go with ACA, and ask for more of an hourly rate instead of medical benefits.

    Cons

As a professional, I was not impressed with this assignment. I was placed into a bad situation with other vendors who were loosing their assignment, very hostile. Be careful of the At-Will employment, don't become a victim. Observed client would initiate a cut-throat culture between vendors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat people with dignity with just cause. Good luck!

    Pros

Treats employees pretty well, 100% paid benefits, 401k match, Reasonable pay, Good travel reimbursement, Tuition Reimbursement, Entry-level opportunities, Foot in the door at larger companies

    Cons

Not very valuable benefits, Low cap on tuition reimbursement, No job security, Bad communication, Some undesirable policies, Lack of incentive for good work, Very poor employee review process, Very little room for advancement

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate better with employees. Offer more incentive for doing good work. Completely overhaul the annual review system, it is terrible. Make it more likely for contractors to become employees
