    great sales training. learned tons about the concepts of sales and marketing which applied in many different industries to follow.

    Cons

    work-life balance - worked strictly for commission so it was difficult to make ends meet at times.

    Advice to Management

    create more opportunities for direct marketing sales. One hundred percent commission is difficult to make ends meet.
