Pros
Great people in the branches, Tempe is a joke.
Cons
If you have been acquired they way of life you have know will end. They can't decide if they want to provide software/ hardware or services. They have not been able to blend the different sales teams and acquired companies together into one seamless team. They spend a ton to buy their way into new markets and then get rid of what made those companies successful to keep the old guard call center in Tempe happy. Enterprise will never buy over the phone - let them be their own group.
Benefits are horrible and pay continues to get worse each year.Advice to Senior Management
Let the acquisitions you have made teach you something - don't try to force the SMB call center mentality on Enterprise sales teams.
