Pros
Training is available (when your utilization is at a decent level), get to work with current technologies and organizations of various sizes.
Cons
Services are not a primary focus, the business is about selling SKU's and not tailored solutions to specific client problems.
Advice to Senior Management
There seems to be reorganizations a few times a year, seems like they are looking for something that works. Leadership has recently changed, so that may be a thing of the past.
