    monotonous, poor career development, unrealistic set of expectations, lack of recognition, poor training

    Performance based recognition and promotions Willing to train employees Three monitor computers for easy multitasking Teams are incentivized to help each other

    Cons

    Complicated parts database Language barriers with international employees Inside sales can have highs and lows of compensation that seems out of personal control Somewhat of an unstable industry on the software side

    Advice to Management

    Facilitate better communication between customer service and inside and outside sales Require better definition of current specific large customer requirements Provide more information about vendor requirements and how to sell their solutions

    Work hard and at times you will get noticed Good work/life balance HR is really nice and could always talk to them

    Lots of organizational changes seemed like every quarter Hire a lot of Temps

    Pros

    Best people in the world to work with. The most common thing I heard there is that the employees are the main reason for working there, and I agree. Bonuses can make up for lower salary.

    Cons

    The pay is less when you work your way up the ladder internally. Coming in from the outside the pay looks better.

    Pick a path and stay on it.

    Pros

    Atmosphere is very open and free-going. Management although maintains high metrics allows you to manage your growth of business on your own terms.

    Cons

    Recent partner changes weaken the foundation of the Account Executive Position. Focus really needs to be on the partner support that we rely on to garnish relationships with clients.

    Focus on support that can strengthen the Account Executives

    Pros

    The opportunity to donate a few dollars from each paycheck to help support coworkers in need is a great idea that I wish more companies would institute.

    Cons

    It's chaos. Disorganization, poor leadership, no training/on-boarding, little to no professional growth opportunities, and a failure to keep up with best practices is threatening to make the company irrelevant.
