Pros

At the beginning, it was a great little startup company to start career and learning the BI industry. There are lots of technologies to learn from precious great employees, I am sure they were great senior programmers based on their coding.

Cons

Almost everything is broken. turnover is unusually high, like every 6 months even with middle-level management. No culture or system in terms of company structure. Office is bad: no paper in restroom frequently, air condition is not good. Office supply is limited. Almost no benefit(at least you consider the stock options). Middle Management is like the worst kind. Too much politics almost even with small startup.
