Pros – Great people, beautiful campus, good benefits, lots of room for growth, encourages volunteerism and puts their money behind it. The leadership truly takes their responsibilities to their shareholders and their employees very seriously. It is obvious they purposed from the beginning to have an amazing corporate culture and they are sticking to it as they grow.
Cons – Contact Center jobs are micromanaged making it a difficult work environment and many hope to apply for other positions as soon as possible. In this department many who would be a better fit in another workgroup are tethered to their positions within the guise of "not meeting expectations or KPIs. They would be an asset to the company in another setting or with leadership that appreciated and recognized their potential.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Insperity full-time for less than a year
Pros – Nice Location, Clean and Beautiful campus, Most fellow employees are friendly and good natured. The products and services offered to clients are legitimately good.
Cons – People are promoted for the wrong reasons. There is a serious amount of nepotism and cronyism within the company and it transcends from the upper levels to the lower levels. These people who have connections are entitled to live by another set of rules than the rest of the people and they seem to get all the key positions. If you take a look at the key players in each department you will find that they have some "more than professional" connection to one of the "BIG Four". This cannot be of mere coincidence. This company keeps these people around to collect a paycheck while the rest have to work harder for the same or less pay. This company also lets people go really really quick and fails to take the time to invest in someone's true potential and value. This company lacks vision to maximize peoples true potential. Also this company does a successful job of promoting a political agenda to its employees. This company does not value diversity in ideas but rather only seeks people to "toe the company line" if you are innovative or creative or have some value that might threaten upper managements vision then you are in jeopardy of losing your job. In my experience on the bottom rung of this company I was treated like a child with my every move monitored and calculated. My performance was severely harmed because I was not allowed to function in the way in which I thrive. I was looked over my shoulder and counseled way to many times for things that I shouldn't have been.
Advice to Senior Management – I would offer advice but you guys wouldn't listen to it anyways

I have been working at Insperity full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great medical, emphasis on work/life balance, friendly work environment.
Cons – Lack of software management experience at high levels. Emphasis on immediate results with very little focus on initial investment to produce long-term success. Rush, rush, rush.
Advice to Senior Management – If you can't afford to do it right the first time, how will you be able to afford to fix it later?

I have been working at Insperity full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – A great culture & benefits, good leadership team, and an environment which supports a work/life balance. Family comes first.
They have a diverse service offering, which now (recent years) appeals to a much broader market due to how it's structured.
Cons – Wish the location was closer to home, but don't we all !

I worked at Insperity full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – They do have a great medical benefits package. The work life balance in the office is very attractive. You are given several outlets to join groups to meet others in the organization and contribute to the atmosphere/culture of the office.
Cons – The management is very 'click-ish'. Felt too much like high school with gossip circles and 'in-crowds' that try to make you feel like you are left out if you don't gossip with them. I was a top performer in my team every year I was there and was not interested in the office politics that you must play to move up within the team. I was nominated by the leadership to be part of the "Advanced Leadership Development Team", a group that they use to train their employees to take the next level of position in the company. During the training for this, there are other Managers/Leaders brought in to give presentations and answer questions by the group. The trainers were even disappointed in the presentation/answer times that they made the comments to us to "NOT" do what the leaders presented to do. They under pay their employees and expect them to stay long term, because "you can win a jeans day" at the office. NOPE>>> not worth it unless you are looking for a place to just go in at 8 am and leave at 5 pm, to collect a small paycheck.
Advice to Senior Management – Break the cycle of promoting people just because they are nice. Start setting boundaries and then stick to them. You let an alcoholic work there for several years, while drinking vodka at their desk. This made for a dangerous work environment for that employee and the others when that employee drove to and from work each day.

Some transparency but mostly everyone is drinking the Kool-aide.If you are the cookie cutter you may fit but if youre not their Norm...overly extroverted and overly consumed with being a "team'versus being an indiviual part of a team -not a fit
Cons – Lacks Dviersity ,everyone is in a bubble..
