Details
Pros
Overall great place to work. Company invests in its employees and there are many opportunities for training, professional seminars etc to grow technical skills. The executives are all down to earth people who are approachable and do not have the layers of bureaucracy you see at some companies.
Cons
For IT personnel off-hours support can be required and not planned very well. Management can do a better job of working with people when off-hours support is required.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep investing in your employees and valuing their contributions.

Pros
Tthe pros are they pay reasonably well and the benefits are okay, but they could be better.
Cons
They show a lot of favoritism within the departments and of you're not a bus kisser than 9 times out of 10 you won't make it anywhere within the company.
