I worked at Insurance Offices of America full-time for more than a year
Pros – Large organization that is still employee focused.
Cons – Despite their efforts turnover is high!
Advice to Senior Management – Focus on developing talent it's easier than constantly having to replace people when they find a better place to work!

I worked at Insurance Offices of America full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – If you are a producer and have a decent sized book of business, this could be a good place to go as they have a lot of markets.
Cons – They've gotten too big for their own good. They nickel and dime the producers to death with various expenses. (Rent, WC, E & O, lease your own computer, Zywave, etc) It will easily cost you $800+ a month to work there. Watch out for the board. They like to put on a face of "Doing the right thing" and that they have a strong set of values, but they're the biggest group of hypocrites in the industry. Probably the most unethical company that I have ever worked for.
Advice to Senior Management – GFY
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
