Excellent products, honest selling compared to our competitors. Good working environment, very professional team. Can be very sociable place to work if you wanted to join in which is good considering size of company.

Previous senior management lacked ability to communicate on vision and goals. This has since changed and this will get much better in the future.

Continue to support the team as its a good team. Provide a clear vision and strategy for the future to ensure success.

too frequence change of management

some of the managers always not in the office and take excuses to work from home, this has
shown a very bad example to the subordinates - suggesting to have a system to at least let the whole team to know where is the manager, on vacation, on medical leave, at customer site or taking excecuses to work from home.

Pros

Dynamic environment. Managers are typically highly skilled in the nuts and bolts of the business. Managers have always been considerate of personal medical issues with family members and have worked around most time schedules that have been affected.

Cons

Not enough consideration given to giving incentives to good people during downturns. Many companies are using this opportunity to snap up good talent.

Pay attention to the loss of good talent during current downturn in business.

Pros

Great products with capable support but poor mangement concentrating on raising stock prices and selling the company is starting to weather the core of the company. Intec will be sold or dismantled within 2 years.

Cons

Intec has no concern for employees, no sense of loyalty and if you are not British you will never be promoted above mid-management

Quit trying to sell the business and get back to what got you this far. You had great products and support but your management is scarying off your talent.
