    Pros

    The technology.
Some good people still working there.

    Cons

    The CEO.
Benefits: 401(k) matching was discussed during interview, but it turns out there was none.
Very low morale. People are leaving every week.
    3 layoffs in 1 year!
Disrespectful managers on an ego trip.
    Worthless stock options.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get bought by a larger company, before you lose more people.

I have been working at Integenx full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Interesting and potentially very beneficial technology. A few good technical people are still with the company.

    Cons

New management is downright pathological. The company is now in a downward spiral that will likely result in the demise of the company within the next year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Top management is the key problem; they should be replaced. Unfortunately the board and the investors are most interested in liquidating the company, so they are part of the problem.

I worked at Integenx as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

Their technology in theory is great, for those who understand Biotechnology

    Cons

a couple of mean mid-level managers ( but one "rotten" apple is enough to spoil the reputation), lack of discipline, bad and conflicting time scheduling, unkempt production premises,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote , encourage professionalism among your employees. It is a stinker, when one has to attempt camaraderie with the mean, gossip mongering intolerant ones ( only a handful) guised as bio professionals.

I worked at Integenx full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Waht aer teh pros? The work hours are flexible so you can commute in off peak hours. There are lots of BBQs and TGIs. The product line is exciting and interesting, and most of the people who work there are great to work with.

    Cons

There was a lack of respect by some direct managers for their reports. There is a my-way-or-the-highway attitude with little in the way of mentorship. It's sink or swim folks!

In the past funding has been iffy but that may have changed. Compensation is so-so, you won't get rich working here. Job security is so-so, lots of good people have been let go.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't continue to demand last minute demonstrations of alpha level prototypes to customers.

    Neutral Outlook
