    Pros

No pros for this company as such. If you see the history of this company, founded in the same year as Infosys. Look at where Infosys is and where is this company today. This itself tells the underlying story. All smart people will understand what I am trying to say.

    Cons

I worked almost 1 year in this company's in-house project before deployed in client place for another 1 year.
Compensation benefits are not only way beyond the minimum industry standard, but also , they some time don't give or delay your own hard earn money such as onsite deputation compensation ( 3K INR only per month at that time! ).
The team lead and beyond management is just demotivating and they do nothing but pass the blame to the junior Engineer ( most of the time those Engineers are fresher or with 2-3 years of exp, with lot of talent, but with out any clue of what to do next or without any vision because of their immediate team lead and manager ).
I am so disappointed even the way they have done my final settlement after my resignation. The variable pay which I was eligible for ( because I was deputed in the client place and client has given very good feedback for my work ), they didn't give to me.
In short, I had a pathetic experience of 2 years with this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No need to give any advice to management because, from top to bottom of this company's management, needs to be fired immediately and recruit some good fresh talent for those position.

I worked at Integra Micro Systems full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    * Integra will outsource you to good MNC companies like Motorola, SAMSUNG, ABB etc
Above is the only Pros which i can think of.

    Cons

    * 1st cons is, They will ask you to sign a bond for minimum 1year and maximum 2 years
    * They will ask to pledge all your marks card including from class 10th , 12th and all engineering certificates.
    * Entire HR team is waste apart from one nice gentleman (Arun Ram) who handles entire company and motivates all employees.
    * Salary offered in paper will be very much high compared to in-hand.
    * All managers are like tortoise in a well. Especially in hebbal. Well out of 20 managers couple of them (MK) are really good and entire company is running only because of them.
    * Its a 30 year old company and still looks like a start-up.
    * Basic facilities are poor. They still have Intel P2 , P3 systems. No proper toilets, pantry, no meeting rooms, no cab facility.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    * Open your eyes now and see how other companies had grown from past 25 years.
    * Both Infy and Integra started in same year and see where are now and where they are.
    * Give respect to employee and don't think you can sustain only with outsourcing. Build some good products like Jataayu and don't see this time.
    * Use the talent of your employees.
    * change the entire senior management who works like government officers.

    Pros

Good if you want no growth in ur life.

    Cons

Countless. I'm saying this bcoz I haven't seen a positive thing here. Better if opt any other company which doesn't care about it's employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's wastage of time. For example, company is 30 years old but looks worst than start-ups.
