Advice to Senior Management – Start some process and recognize the value of employees don't loose them by giving very less salary

Pros – Not much, you will get a lot of time to sleep if you are not in client side.

Cons – 1. Worst place for fresher as they cannot go to client side. also there is not much work or grow for freshers.
2. No benefits except salary.
3. Salary is too low compared to other companies.
4. Apprisal are very bad and hikes is too low.

Advice to Senior Management – Please change the HR team.
