I worked at Integra full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Location - Denver, CO that is about it

    Cons

Incestuous little company where lifers rule the landscape. People get promoted because they have simply been there a long time. With all the individual contributors that have been promoted to director level and above the company has not ability to think strategically.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's not the re org at the top, it's the incompetent middle tier of management that is killing you.

I have been working at Integra as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

My bosses were extremely helpful. Any questions I had they answered and any questions I should have asked, they answered. As we were conducting different experiments and such, they would explain the background behind the experiments, why we were doing the experiments, and what types of results they were expecting. Then after receiving the results, we would go over it together. It was a good way to learn more about applying engineering skills to the real world.

    Cons

The work days were inconsistent. On some days I would be doing work nonstop and be up on my feet. Other days I would have a lot of down time.
