    Pros

In the beginning the company truly care about their clients and the their employees. It used to have an open door policy where problems and solutions were discussed.

    Cons

Since new management has being in place, there is only one common denominator: intimidation, if you not follow my rules, you will be replace. The customer success is not important anymore, we just need to look at how much money can we get from each customer for at least the 1st year, then they can go somewhere else. Too many unhappy clients leaving this company.

    Advice to Management

Replace all the new management and go back to when you used to care about customers, employees and the long term success and reputation of the company.

    Pros

Team members are awesome, and a lot of fun. If you can handle a fast-paced environment, this is a good place to be. Company is growing quickly, and hard-working employees are promoted fairly quickly. IntegraCore has good benefits, pay, and merit increases. Plus, there is an onsite gym, and education reimbursement.

    Cons

It's hard to continue with the same culture when the company grows at the pace this one is, and I think some people aren't happy with that, or have a hard time adapting to change.

    Advice to Management

Keep communication open, and keep recognizing strong employees.

    Pros

Great clients to work with. Major consumer product companies use Integracore's 3PL services to ship products to their customers around the world. Great co-workers!

    Cons

Recent changes in the Executive Team have created a fear for your job attitude. Somewhat to be expected, but, at times, very unsettling.

    Advice to Management

Abandoning the previous culture may have been necessary, but the message to the employees and clients has created an uncertainty about the 'core' values of integrity. Now as a former employee, I'm frequently asked by your current and former clients about the reasons for the changes and whether anyone is happy to work for Integracore. Several have commented on a lack of trust in the new executive team and their motivation for client satisfaction. The former partnership atmosphere is in doubt. They're waiting for proof, but haven't seen the appreciation that they once felt. Perceptions are impacted by a lack of facts, but their feedback is what they believe with nothing else to experience that would prove otherwise.

    It was OK

    Pros

My manager is great. Very patient and understanding. She makes the workplace a great place to be

    Cons

Restructuring means a lot of changes. Do not feel secure with my position. Very segregated, little to no teamwork. Ends up being a blame game with all employees because they are afraid to lose their job

    Advice to Management

Better compensation packages, more integration with all departments to create cohesive teams, and a feeling of teamwork and accomplishment. Acknowledge and explain major issues within the company to let the employees know what the expectations are and how to meet them.

    Pros

Most people are very nice (even if its fake) Some talented people work at this company.

    Cons

You must be a complete follower and never speak your mind or bring up the many internal issues this company have if you want to stay in this company. Your superiors, constantly remind you they are your superiors and you are not allow to ask questions, just follow orders. A lot of people in this company will lied to cover their mistakes; and will make sure to fault somebody else. If you are friends with management, they will believe you and blame others, no questions ask. Most customers are lie too on a daily basis.

    Advice to Management

Start listening to all your employees and not just the chosen ones. Learn to investigate and listen to your customers complaints and stop punishing the employees that comes to you for advise, or with issues with senior employees

    Advice to Management

Stop expecting the impossible, develop realistic expectations

  10. Fellow employees are fun, managers are too serious and "big and bad", dress code makes it a non-enjoyable environment.

    Pros

Fun fellow employees. Lots of equipment training. Great benefits if hired on permanently. Not crazy strict on days missed if happens at understandable rate.

    Cons

Against tattoos. Dress code is strict. (No hats, even though security could easily check them; must cover all tats year-round) Their temp agency (Smart Staffing) slacks when it comes to evaluations and raises. Company is disorganized with hiring employees. (Friend of mine has worked here for 2 years and still is with temp agency, and yet a fellow who was here for two months was just hired) Favoritism is terrible here. Family members of big shots get special treatment (Raises, better positions, time off, etc.) Certain females get away with showing tattoos and wearing piercings while males are picked on with covering up and taking out piercings. Very disorganized leadership. Mormon influence. (In several of my meetings God and church have been brought up) "Building from within" is a huge lie. Always hiring outside persons into management positions.

    Advice to Management

Relax. Let us be ourselves. Leave religion at home. Pay attention to your employees requests, demands, and advice. Wonder why your turnover is so high? Read above.

    Pros

Integracore was a place where smart people are and were attracted too. there is an underlying pool of people that will step up and help when needed.

    Cons

the same smart and talented people I mentioned are going to waste. the leadership only care what they are doing and nothing about the people, although the thought that the love the employee is shoved in your face daily. if your vocal then your days a numbered.

    Advice to Management

focus on what brought the people that got you where you are and pay them a fare wage. years and years without a raise for some of the people there is a shame. its also a shame they are so scared to move on.
