    Pros

Working Environment only, nothing else comes to my mind. Please don't join this company if you want to progress in your career fast. Not suitable to technology oriented people. You will carry zero value after you leave the company. So, you have to stay here for ages to see growth.

    Cons

Compensation in not at par, Monolithic technologies, No growth for employees, forget about becoming even a team lead in this company. No transparency between employees and higher management. Integral was a preferred company but at present has lost it's charm badly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No comment because the don't take positive comments.

It was a great experience, I learned a lot, and would recommend this employer to recent civil engineering graduates.

    Pros

It's a well respected company in Colombia, it has important projects for Colombia, is the best company to start your career as a civil engineer.

    Cons

The salaries are not very high.
There is not a lot of youth management, so it makes it really difficult to grow as a professional.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The leadership of Integral S.A. should offer higher salaries to recent grads in order to retain them in the company.
