    Pros

I came here to work here just because the current CEO offered a ridiculous salary. That is probably the real only pro of working here is that the pay is higher than average.

    Cons

Every thing about this company is pathetic. The old CEO just seems to find money and drives extravagant vehicles. Usually just hires all of their friends. I wouldn't be surprised if they all ended up in prison. This company was most likely just either laundering money for a side business or being used to take money off the top. For years there was a non-existent accounting department which would have helped this. Do not work here, there is some sort of scam going on here that hasn't been busted yet. This company is going to crash and burn here soon.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The management is just covering for something. All of them are friends with the old CEO who they claim they are "suing". My advice to anyone is to not work here and quit if you are.

    Pros

This is a great place for people who like a fast paced tech environment and like to be constantly challenged. The company is in a super-hot tech space (cloud-based marketing systems) so is constantly evolving -- work is never boring, especially because there is a real mission here. Great institutional investors back the company and they've invested in the executive team. Benefits are excellent -- the company covers all your health insurance premium for a basic plan and then you can buy up to a better plan if you want, plus there a is real culture around health and wellness -- they support several perks that you might only find in Silicon Valley. And they don't require you to "earn" vacation days over time, they have what's called an "unlimited paid time off" program so you just work out your time off with your manager.

    Cons

The company's been through a lot of change and in marketing tech, it is just part of work life -- not a great place if you simply want to do the same thing every day or don't expect or want to be pushed.

    Just the worst...

I have been working at Integrate full-time

    Pros

Good health insurance, free food, nice modern office in old town scottsdale

    Cons

Very cliquish, fratty environment. The training mainly focused on the sales team and then you are thrown into a sink or swim environment that forces you to be extremely cut throat and seek out more publishers to work with than the person sitting at the desk next to you. When I got hired they were going through a growth period due to some investor funding they had just received. A few months later they discovered they had grown faster than their profits could handle and started going through mass layoffs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't grow until the company is actually ready for that growth.

    Pros

fun co-workers and office culture. hr is awesome when it comes to planning events for the office.

    Cons

still very obviously a start-up that is trying to take off. even when there are obvious issues with the way things are being done, it is nearly impossible to convince upper management to consider a better solution.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

listen more. your employees are the ones that speak with the customers directly so they know where the issues are.

    Pros

Pretty much let you run your own book of business and you can make a lot of money if you are good. Don't accept a position here unless you are really ready to take on your career. Lots of potential in this amazing industry if you're ready to work for it.

    Cons

High turnover, politics, don't pay commissions until they get paid, which is sometimes net60 or much longer

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hart is totally crazy ... Just saying, but if you make him a lot of money or want to work out with him he will like you plenty. Jeremy is really good at making connections but sometimes a little too disconnected to help.

I have been working at Integrate full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Massive potential for experience in literally every area of online marketing. They give beginners plenty of chances and don't unduly punish mistakes. Great resume builder. Gym membership, 401k, in-house breakfast and lunch. Co-workers are generally friendly, and individual people are extremely competent at their jobs. Individuals are willing to listen, but unfortunately lack the power to change things.

The CEO will know your name, and he will sometimes take an interest in your life (and improving it). This can be a good or bad thing, depending on if you like him. He's definitely an interesting guy to work for, at the very least.

    Cons

Bro-club, frat atmosphere. Terrible C-level management (that is slowly improving). People with truly awful personalities and management styles have disproportionate pull. Company has a lack of direction, constantly changing objectives (other than revenue/profit), awful training programs, and the CEO tends to do a lot of his own thing or ignore advice that conflicts with his idea of how a company is run. Good luck getting your opinion heard if you're a woman or can't talk sports. Revolving-door on the development team. A lot of 'favorites' getting special treatment. A lot of people not getting the compensation they have grown to be worth leaving the company out of frustration.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop disproportionately rewarding blow-hards and start investing in some of the quiet hard workers that have helped to build the company. Probably too late now though, most of them quit, but you might hang on to a few.

    Pros

Integrate is a high growth company that has implemented a great culture. It's full of energetic, innovative, forward-thinking, positive individuals. The growth over the past few years is truly amazing.

    Cons

Sometimes there is a lack of direction from management, but that is to be expected in a high growth startup.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring in a few more mid-managers.
