    Contract Manager in SEA

Contract Manager (Former Employee) Seattle, WA

ProsAt the time there was solid station manager overseeing the SEA station. He did a great job of running the station and making the best of it even though he got little backing from the corporate office in Denver.

ConsThe owner of the company and many corporate "officers." They did not value the employees and saw them as expendable. Little to no money was put into the station and the station equipment was old and prone to frequent breakdowns.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe corporate office should realize the "value" of their front line employees and treat them with respect. They should invest in newer equipment to avoid the frequent mechanical issues they suffer which in turns inconveniences the customer.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    No future

Ramp Agent (Current Employee) Las Vegas, NV

ProsNice ppl, set hours, relaxed job if you have nice management they can buy food and things for their employees. Peak season you can get a lot of hours of your willing to give up your life for them.

ConsNo advancement unless someone quits, no raises ever, split shift, exposed to the weather, unless there is a lot of lightning they don't care they will leave you out there hot or freezing to death or make you buy their clothes with like your whole pay check.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Challenging company to work for

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

    ProsFlexible Hours
No micro management (for the most part)

ConsVery much a good ol boy company
High up management in positions they should not be in

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement needs to stop doing what is best for them and do what is best for the entire employment force. Employees are working for low wages in a very dynamic environment while there are upper managers who do nothing and get paid high wages.

Integrated Airline Service Company's Human Resources

Warehouse Agent (Former Employee) DFW, TX

ProsThis company is very flexible in scheduling shifts to work.

ConsThe company's human resources or financial department always makes mistakes with employees first pay check. There data or records for hours worked or always off in the beginning and they automatically take 1 hour away for lunch for whether you toke a lunch or not. Most employees never clock out for lunch because the system automatically takes a hour away from worked for lunch used or not used.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep hard copies of time sheets and allow employees to view there personal time sheet or vacation time online with a source to that's reliable.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Its ok

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Houston, TX

ProsThe job flexible schedule and friendly co-workers. Great for those who are college students that needs a part time job.

ConsEveryone is laid back which is a double edge making task become more upon yourself while lower employees do it all.

Advice to Senior ManagementUnstable management and at times are not around when scheduled. Alot of miscommunication and does not apears to be improvement anytime soon.
