    Pros

IES has a pretty good benefits package, they also are competitive salary wise.

    Cons

As many large corporations, bottom line is more important than loyalty. Yeah, it is essential to keep a company lean and ready in this economic environment, but, if there is any kind of pause between jobs, IES will let people go and try to rehire rather than keep them on for a couple weeks to ensure they keep the best people. I'm also not fond of their policy to fill employees personnel files with as many write-ups as possible to help them fight unemployment compensation when they do let people go. My file stayed empty, but as a manager, it was my responsibility to write up as many people as I could as often as I could.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Think about showing loyalty to people who have shown you loyalty.
