ProsGreat views of the Willamette
Met some great people working there
Get paid weekly
Recognition for getting sales

ConsPoor leadership
Their benefits package is expensive for the salaries they offer
Salaries are entry level, no matter your experience
They have high turnover, only a hand full of employees have been there over a year. That is including the CEOs family members. In the interview process they will tell you that they have a seasoned team, their definition is 6 months.
This job is telemarketing at best, not a staffing company.
Their leads and database are terrible

Advice to Senior ManagementBuy good leads, increase pay or commissions, split the staff into regions - everyone is fighting for the SW US and there are no leads to call on. Have the managers on the floor and lead by motivation, not by intimidation. There are talented National Recruiters on your team, treat them like it or they will leave. Build a team of Sales and recruiters that support sales like other staffing agencies.
