I have been working at Integrated Solutions Marketing full-time for less than a year
Pros – Integrated Solutions Marketing allows professionals to develop their success in both direct marketing and direct sales. It is a great platform to learn sales technique, management skills, and general business acumen. The faculty is awesome, the environment is very positive and supportive and doesn't resemble a common sales firm.
Cons – The commitment involved to outperform your peers and climb the ranks are very intense and require immense focus and tremendous dedication.
Advice to Senior Management – Management should provide more flexibility within the training program in order to retain more ambitious management potential candidates long term. More benefits is always a plus!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Integrated Solutions Marketing
Pros – Good initial teaching process for direct sales.
Cons – Everything! You are "encouraged" to dedicate 100% of your spare time => their famous "keep a student mentality" phrase. The teaching process is great at the beginning, but it starts to repeat itself after the second week - seriously if you are bright enough you will figure it out in a week!
Pay is 100% commission - no benefits. Furthermore you should pay for your business expenses - telephone, which you need in order to process your orders, comes out of your pocket; you pay for the transportation costs to the "field" and all other business related costs come out of your pocket.!
Veteran people are all brainwashed and keep on repeating the same stuff 24/7, even when engaging them in casual conversations. It has all the symptoms of a cult, that will make you sacrifice yourself and your ambitions towards the "common good" and the hope for "a million dollars".
Do not trust this company when it comes down to the money - it is all a 100% lie and a scam. They talk about easy money and millions in order to hook you up.
Advice to Senior Management – Get real! If people do not score a sale it doesn't mean that it's their fault. The soliciting model is a thing of the past!
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
