    Pros

It's a Christian centric environment that walks what it talks. It also has tremendous benefits for a small size company.

    Cons

Location is probably the biggest downside.

    Advice to Management

To hold more "town hall" type meetings with employees in all sectors for feedback.

I worked at Integrity Music part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people. Lots of great music. New connections. Integrity is a great place to work and was extremely flexible with personal and school schedules.

    Cons

There are not any benefits offered to part-time benefits, but that policy comes from the management of David C. Cook, not Integrity.
