Pros – It did not matter when you did your work as long as it was done. i enjoyed the flexibility and during a busy month you got very good money.
Cons – Their CRAs work on contract, so no work no pay. They tend to have annoying queries about your invoice. There's lot of gossiping amongst each other which is uneccessary.
Advice to Senior Management – They are a bit difficult most of the time, if only they can be straight forward instead of talking about other staff members to other staff members
