    Pros

The teamwork is strong and they really helped me grow as an intern program analyst

    Cons

There is a lot of work to do and your schedule can become very fluid very easily

    Advice to Management

Most leaders are very nice and helpful, while others are very strict and cold

    Pros

For the most part an easy going workplace

    Cons

Contractors are told that they are not to participate in company sponsored events. Promotions and salary increases generally go to people in Green Bay, there is very bad moral in Chicago as a result. Also there tends to be a lot of turnover because the Green Bay mafia controls what goes on in Chicago. Long time employees are not appreciated.

    Advice to Management

Give Chicago more decision making power. Don't alienate your contractors.

  3. Very good experience, not just data entry. You get to work with a lot of finance operations.

    Pros

Very competitive pay, and the leaders really try to help you learn on the job. There is a cafeteria on site, which is a plus. They also put on some fun intern events.

    Cons

Some interns are allegedly worked harder than others. There is an acquisition ongoing, so I'm not sure how the intern program will run in the future.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. I got a lot of networking connections and learned a lot on the job, which I feel is far more valuable than just classroom learning.

    Pros

Most of the people that work there are great. Rotations and transfers allows the opportunity to learn much of the organization

    Cons

Work life balance is not good and pay does not help equalize this issue. There is an unequal power distribution since the merger.

    Advice to Management

    Equalize salaries across the organization

    Pros

laid back environment. most employees start leaving at 4:30

    Cons

doing IT at integrys is tough. the culture is toxic because most IT personnel are contractors and integrys makes it very clear to them that they are not allowed at employee sponsored events which creates the toxic environment. as far as IT goes, job security or growth isnt really there. but if you are looking to gain experience i suppose it will be possible to get some experience on industry wide tools

    Pros

Good benefits. They where slow to promote and transition into new roles. They provided a good work life balance.

    Cons

The majority of the decisions where made in Green Bay. If you weren't part of the inner circle that develop the WPS business your opinions where marginalized.
