stable company in a rock solid industry, 40 hour work weeks, opportunities for advancement for those with technical backgrounds
Cons
Management is inept, pay is below average for the Chicago metro area, task assignments can be mundane at times, promotions based on political connectedness
Advice to Senior Management
Pay more attention to the needs of your future leaders. Make people proud to work at Integrys. Cut losses when some projects seem doomed to fail.
