Pros
Good work life balance, ideal pressure, open environment for discussion & raising issues, egalitarian approach towards all employees
Cons
No structured approach for training, information sharing for new employees, cross-group cooperation is poor, people in US do not have great opinion of work done from BA
Advice to Senior Management
Management can think about incorporating policies to enhance career development of employees and create a mutually rewarding experience
Pros
Work life balance is great
Cons
Poor Managers. No recognition for good ppl.
Advice to Senior Management
Well, senior management , its time to evaluate your first level managers better or else you are gonna loose good employees in long run.
Pros
Good work life balance, good training for new employees, great opportunity for learning across the divisions and global work experience.
Cons
Low growth rate and slow decision process
Pros
Its one of the most high tech companies out there and its a great feeling to work on cutting edge technologies
Cons
I feel that the people over here are still stuck in an indian mentality and there is less fair growth but then i would think thats true for all companies in india
Advice to Senior Management
When we hire people on terms of meritocracy we should uphold those ideals. We are surely not doing that in the current group I am in
Pros
If you are a chip or hardware designer - I would recommend no where else.
Safe environment
Employees treated well
Good hotels when travelling
Cons
All other functions like IT etc, you will reach a plateau eventually
Individual contributers not considered highly
You need to be a people maanger to go higher
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the balanced approach. Do more for non core jobs
Pros
IMC is one of the best pay masters in Bangalore with lots of additional benefits/perks. The kind of work that you will get here is much superior than what normally you get in chipset domain with service companies in India. Every single person counts in this company and you would not be treated like computer, chair, etc or I mean to say just as a resource. Overall I would recommend this company strongly.
Cons
Some policies are still not so clear as the company was Infineon originally and now after Intel take over, things are in transition mode yet.
Pros
lots of growth opportunities are available for freshers
great place to work
lots of volunteering activities
flexibility to choose our interesting area
Cons
Not much communication happens with HR
Advice to Senior Management
Try to inspire and motivate the new generation fresher employee because these freshers employee have ultimate creative thinking power and new ways in various field. Please help them to grow with their way of thinking
Pros
Great Work Life Balance and flexibility in work timings
Cons
Low Level Managers are bad.
Apprisal process is not transparent. Managers can do anything they want.
Good people often leave due to politics issues
Definitely not a good company for College freshers.
Less scope of Learning
Less Salary compared to other Tier 1 companies.
Less Sal Hikes
Advice to Senior Management
A big change is needed at the root level to retain good people. Managers need to questioned on their transparency in Apprisal process.
Pros
The avenues for learning and growth.
Cons
Decision making is slow at times.
Advice to Senior Management
Could be more agile.
Pros

Cons
very slow career growth due to changing management focus
Advice to Senior Management
Intel India needs to have better Managers.
