    Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager (Former Employee) Shanghai, Shanghai (China)

ProsGood corporate culture; open environmnt; always look for innovation and transformation; very motivational enviornment. Great place to work.

ConsWork/life balance; sometimes too many internal stakeholders, meetings, and reviews which will sacrify the tme spending with customers and markets. People are too stable not to change, so will be a challenge when innovation and transformation happens.

Advice to Senior Managementless meetings and reviews; care about what employees voices.

Still a great place to work

Account Manager (Current Employee) Chengdu, Sichuan (China)

ProsThis is a platform company to begin with your career, in which you can dream what you want and might actualize what you dream. The attractiveness for me to work with Intel is the opportunities this company offers to me to get chances to utilize what I learned in school or out and plug into the real work place. Since this is a platform, you can get the chance to integrate different resources across industries. This is a fantastic and lots of fun!

ConsBecause the company is huge , employees from remote office cannot get good chance to immerse and experience the core culture or values of such a great company.

Advice to Senior Managementsuggest management team to force remote office employees to rotate to central office for 3 to 6months or so for every two or three years. For one thing, this might refresh employees' mind and for another both central and regional team members can get opportunities to learn from each other and better design program for the future.
