    Pros

    I prefer what they are doing. The salary is good and working time is flexible.
    The people there is really nice.

    Cons

    Still not the toppest company. I need to still continue to target for the toppest
    companies.

    As a remote research branch, the main challenge is to keep the research topics close to Intel's core business, i.e. CPU/server/mobile related businesses.

    Lack of training and guidance for student Intern. Lack of communication. I didn't learn much useful technical skills during that time.
