ProsWork life balance is generally accepted and widely used, very nice for families.

ConsToo much mgt overhead, just another number, discussions about change with no actual change happening. Too many employees that don't cut the mustard but know how to do just good enough to hide during reviews

Advice to Senior ManagementFire more people. Seriously, focus on training mgrs to deal with problem employees and drop them to clean out all the worthless heads.

ConsOpportunities for upward mobility and career advancement are extremely limited. There are lots of opportunities for lateral career movement, however upward promotions are extremely limited.
