    Pros

Leading manufacturing technology and strong influence in setting up industrial standard

    Cons

Not agile in product development and overall culture is less attractive to people who are entrepreneurial

    Advice to Management

Doing things differently by removing the hierarchical mindset (i.e. people can only apply job +/- 1 of their grade level).

    Pros

Very good compensation and great work/life balance. Ample opportunity to improve your skills either through new projects or onsite classes.

    Cons

Culture seems to have shifted away from the way it used to be. Expectation of hours spent on projects can be excessive.

    Pros

The work life balance is great compared to other companies. Yes you wont always be working on the latest and greatest things, but being able to take off early on Fridays to hit the slopes was great!

    Cons

The location I was at (Folsom) wasn't the greatest as someone in their early twenties but there are enough people there to have a good time.

    Advice to Management

I had to go through New Employee Orientation twice, once for my previous internship and again for my co-op. Same exact thing and I really didnt need to hear it more than once.
