I worked at Intel Corporation full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great technology and smart people. Worldwide leader in their field.

    Cons

New management is all about numbers, not people. Intel no longer seen as a cool place to work for the younger generation. Lots of oldtimers still hanging on.

    Advice to Management

Fix the meritocracy issues that are currently plaguing the company. Don't reward employees simply for the sake of diversity, which seems to be a higher priority than more qualified candidates.
