    Pros

Fun place to work. Not much work. They have a grey program for interns.

    Cons

They have health benefits COMPLETELY. And even Dental.
They even have 401k etc savings plans.
They also are quite chill about taking leaves.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They need to allow new talent and new ideas to come through.

I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benefits and compensation including RSUs, quarterly bonus structure and sabbatical after 4-7 years. Good support of work life balance and flexibility depending on the role. Innovation fostered at all levels of the organization. New CEO making a difference in strategy, innovation and hiring top talent.

    Cons

Typical challenges associated with a large company - bureaucracy, redundancy and slow decision making. Had become very risk adverse - seeing some good progress in this area lately.
