Pros
You get to work with lots of smart people of many different nationalities. The salary is decent and there quite a few recent college graduates within the company.
Cons
There is high stress, the review process is not transparent, and the work environment is mundane sitting in a cube all day.
Pros
Always encourage innovation and creativity. I like it
Cons
hard working drives life and work imbalance.
Advice to Senior Management
Need to take a fast action to market demand
Pros
Company reputation.
Good salary.
Extensive amount of resources.
Cons
Not so great work environment.
Pros
I really liked the way company treated employees. The perks of working for Intel were great, and I think that it's a nice place to be in many stages of your career.
Cons
Slow, bureaucratic. Not all of the people working there are super bright as you would find at other tech companies. The HR Organization is not very strategic.
Pros
Corporate Shuttle is pretty cool
Cons
Horrible financial planning process. Dump it.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop promoting used car salesmen into the CIO position

Cons

Advice to Senior Management

Pros

good company culture
good location
Cons
less opportunity
limited promotion chance
Advice to Senior Management
hire more internship from different universities
Pros
Pay is good but not great. Benefits are excellent. Bonuses are excellent. Many perks available for employees of such a large company.
Cons
Intel is a very high-pressure workplace. They cultivate what they refer to as a "sense of urgency", which translates into expecting everyone to do the work of two people. If you're a Type-A hyperactive overachiever ADD anal-retentive overbearing control-freak workaholic who doesn't mind essentially turning your life over to the company, you'll do fine. If you aren't, you won't. It's a huge company, and the bureaucracy is absolutely ponderous. Everything is all about rigidly defined procedures, and yet it's extremely difficult to make decisions because nobody wants to take responsibility. If you have a good manager there, life is tolerable; if not, it's hell on earth. It has a reputation as a sweatshop, and it's well-deserved.
Pros
There are always opportunities to grow within the company. The break rooms are very nice. They value all of their employees.
Cons
They sometimes apply too much pressure to perform the job. The management needs to listen to their employees more often.
Advice to Senior Management
I think that management should listen to their employees more often and learn from those who are deep in the trenches.
Pros
Diversity, lot's of room to grow, many challenges and opportunities
Cons
Seniority plays a big role, a new RCG has to take sometime to climb the corporate ladder
