If you make people work overtime, you need to pay for that

No 401(k) matching, management bureaucracy, Intel pension is a joke, Stock vestment periods are ridiculous, too many meetings, Talentless employees cannot be fired, Intel achievement awards are stupid, Slow to respond to industry change

Don't forget your technical backgrounds. It seems all too often the higher the suits are, the more they forget about the people doing all the work you are copying into your monthly status reports.
