    Great benefits and compensation including RSUs, quarterly bonus structure and sabbatical after 4-7 years. Good support of work life balance and flexibility depending on the role. Innovation fostered at all levels of the organization. New CEO making a difference in strategy, innovation and hiring top talent.

    Typical challenges associated with a large company - bureaucracy, redundancy and slow decision making. Had become very risk adverse - seeing some good progress in this area lately.

    Pros

    salary, level of intimacy with the team management. Also good benefits. General awareness towards SoC Knowledge throughout period of stay.

    Cons

    work culture. some disadvantage in india is not fully involved in any full tape-out. where as teams in folsom or hillsboro are fully involves towards any tape out.

    Pros

    Good work life balance, manager understand when there's a conflict between work and life and usually are considerate.

    Cons

    It takes forever to get promoted no matter what you do. Internally there's sometimes unhealthy competition among competing groups which makes work tough and efficiency low.

    Eventually received plenty of responsibility as an intern. Excellent company culture and vacation time. Great college graduate/intern culture

    Cons

    Internship started off slow, management can be overbearing at times. Not hiring very much in the bay area anymore, which is unappealing to new grad college graduates.

    Retain newer employees by giving them interesting and challenging work from the start. Hire more in the bay area for competitive talent
