    Pros

    Good Salary, Bonuses, Clean Offices

    Cons

Managers are weak and act like puppets for their own manager. They are not autonomous and can be replaced rapidly upon "disobeying" their own manager.

    Pros

Good working environment and friendly colleagues and they tend to give freedom to make a difference but you are only small part of the BIG puzzle.

    Cons

Too slow and software process is weak and everybody codes in their own way. Lack of software discipline in terms of documenting code and using standard framework.

    Advice to Management

Percolate your vision to the bottom

    Pros

Good benefits, quarterly bonuses, yearly bonuses, health insurance, overall salary is about 30% higher than what's stated.

    Cons

You have to know that you will work overtime every day.
You leave work at 17:00 but you have to continue working at home for roughly 1-3 more hours, and it's already portrayed in the salary, so there's no extra pay.
The factory works 24x7, it means you have to give engineering support around the clock, that means working from home on weekends and even during the night. Yep, wake up and open your computer at 02:00 AM, and then again at 04:00 AM happens. This is what an around the clock factory needs. You are never free of work and you have to be available at the company's provided phone and have your company's provided computer with you when you are the "point of contact duty" - about 1-2 days a week.
There is no pay for driving fare. If you're not using the company's transportation, you pay your own gas expenses. The minibus transportation is awful, they've put seats in commercial trucks and it breaks you back during the ride. Some destinations have buses and they are much more comfortable.
Personal promotion is declared to be about performance, but it is mostly given to "yes men" and the ones who are willing to do whatever it takes...
People are constantly worried about their job, the number 1 private conversation subject for all the years I've been working there was whether there's a big employee layout soon, or not. Worries makes most people become competitive, this generates "job-security" behaviors.

    Advice to Management

Put your cards on the table, not everything has to be a secret. QDCDs are not it.
