Very good pay, and a good place to grow. Managment was very suportive in every issue and encourages people to be the best they can.

Interns, and temporary hires are not treated very well. Kind of like second class citizens.
Advice to Senior Management
You're not the center of the Universe. So don't act like it. You want people lower than you to respect and look up to you not consider you arrogant. Apply the Intel core values on the back of your badge to yourself more than you look for them in others...

Open and Direct managment. Good practicies. Great employee satification. Nice total compensation package. Great place to work. Hightly technical and innovative.
Cons
Huge orgianization. Lots of process overhead.

Cons
politics. can be annoying sometimes but can always work around it. hard to work with people sometimes as some are really arrogant.
Advice to Senior Management
good job. continue your efforts
Pros
There are a lot of smart people at Intel. The projects are cutting-edge and interesting. Intel provides a library of knowledge to get up to speed. They provide great benefits and work balance (sponsors a lot of fun events for employees to attend). Brand recognition. Good future outlook for the company.
Cons
Much of your experience at Intel will depend on which teams you work with. I was blessed to have a great team who bring enthusiasm and ideas to work everyday. I have heard completely opposite things about other teams. There is a lot of process -- meetings, deadlines, presentations, logistics. A lot of redundant work goes around in the company. Heard promotion process was not as fair as it should be... depends a lot on your manager and what projects you work on in order to move up.
Advice to Senior Management
Reduce the process, reduce redundant work, promote creativity and innovation.
