Pros
Cutting Edge, great place to work.
Cons
Some managers are incompetent and still thrive and survive
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the good hard work, even if the stock price is not moving fast enough.
Pros
Even though it’s only been two months, I find this internship experience very rewarding and Intel a great place to work for. I would love very much if I could have the opportunity to come back to Intel after my graduation
Cons
working pressure and there are occasions where I do not perceive the need for a creative solution, but one that will instantaneously end the problem at hand. I will make some improvements in order to provide creative solutions whenever necessary.
Advice to Senior Management
there are some certain people in my group who don't do anything...well in a ball part. I just wish the managing director could hire someone who actually qualifies for the job
Pros
Very good company with lots of perks and great benefits
Cons
The atmosphere is very corporate / very serious (not a very fun place to work)
Pros
Good team members to work with. Not much politics. Open mind communications. Team design challenging but great products. Many complicate/expensive design tools if one wnats to learn. ALways new technologies.
Cons
Overwhelming information. Slow decision making. Not very efficient processes. As a result pepole need to work hard to get things done.
Pros

Ability to Move around
if your in the right group, its actually fun
Pretty Decent Comp & Benefits
Cons
Big & Lumbering Organization

Advice to Senior Management
Innovate, take risks, be more open. let loose projects that are not making money, break the silos, and foster more collaboration within the company

Not heavey pressure.
Privacy at work place.
Cons
not good pay.
not good facilities like other companies.
More relaxed place then a challenging place to work.
Advice to Senior Management
Please pay on par with market.
Please invest more on technology and hire good leaders.
Pros
Great atmosphere. Very diverse environment. Great benefits. Competitive pay. Flexible work hours. Holidays, vacation, and sabbaticals. Cafeteria has good food. People are truly professional. Company really cares about their employees.
Cons
Too much micro management. Some of the managers that are hired are incompetent. Many are too afraid of the upper brass. Afraid to take risks. Too much corporate beauracracy to deal with.
Advice to Senior Management
Cut down on corporate beauracracy. Reward your employees more often. Stop micro managing your employees. Offer incentives to people who car pool to work. Offer better company discounts.
Pros
- Big brand name recognition and a market leader
- Decent pay and benefits
- Intel has lots of resources at its disposal
- Intel has a very diverse product portfolio and invested in many different industries
- Lots of opportunities for movement within the company
Cons
- Lots and lots and lots of bureaucracy, red tape and internal politics
- Big corp moves slow
- Individual contributors have little say in strategy
Advice to Senior Management
Business units need to be more aligned
Management has to build a stronger sense of meritocracy (Focal process is broken)
Pros
Great employee benefit and growth opportunity for junior level employees.
Cons
Not the highest pay compared to the industry.
Advice to Senior Management
Management needs to think outside of the box more and take more risk, they need to pay more attention to the latest trends (consumer-oriented and not so much technology).
Pros
You have chance for lateral move.
Cons
could be long working hours when project is due.
