Marketing Manager (Former Employee) Shanghai, Shanghai (China)

ProsGood corporate culture; open environmnt; always look for innovation and transformation; very motivational enviornment. Great place to work.

ConsWork/life balance; sometimes too many internal stakeholders, meetings, and reviews which will sacrify the tme spending with customers and markets. People are too stable not to change, so will be a challenge when innovation and transformation happens.

Great intern experience in Shanghai Zizhu Intel

Software Engineer (Former Employee) Shanghai, Shanghai (China)

ProsThis place is very close to Shanghai Jiao Tong University campus, students can find part time jobs easily. Part time internship over half a year is very common. Compare to other summer programs, students usually gain more experiences.

ConsRecently, it is not easy to transfer to a full-time position from internship.
Unlike summer programs, what students do depend on different groups. In some group students will do more research and in some group students will do a lot of testing.
