    Pros

    It was a stressful job, but I loved the people that I worked with and for. The managers made us want to do our best.

    Cons

    Only the office in Kansas for the Travel Nurse division is still under InteliStaf, the rest is now under Medical Staffing Network.

    Projects appear disorganized and under researched. There seems to be no forward thinking

    Friendly environment, room for growth, food was always provided at lunch meetings.

    Managers had favorites, pay could have been better.

    i loved the travel an the pay

    they couldnt stay on top of things some of the staff didnt not have the right training to do their job right.

    Pros

    I had a very good recruiter who was able to find work for me consistently.

    Cons

    A replacement recruiter could not find a job for me when I really needed it. InteliStaf, part of Medical Staffing Network, took bankruptcy. I had often had questions about my salary, often it did not look like it had been calculated appropriately. I do not know how problems had been corrected after the reorganization. Also, some of the perks other companies offered, InteliStaf did not.

    Just that the cons listed above be corrected.

    Pros

    My direct managers were always very kind to me and did their best to make sure I had all the resources I needed to complete my job. The coworkers were very nice and everyone is very friendly.

    Cons

    Things were always changing and there was a lack of consistency with company policies and compensation packages. Management always had a new idea that they were throwing into the mix and it gave the appearance they had no idea what they were doing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They need to be more consistent with their management style. Put polices in place that work and don't change them. Also, be more open about communication.
