    Pros

Growing Company. With the right boss company can be great. Extremely busy which is much better than the alternative. Co-workers are helpful.

    Cons

Very limited chance for promotion. Good ole boys network. The rich get richer. The company seems to have an ever-changing idea about who or what they are. Many rumors regarding changes but no information if you are not part of the hierarchy.

    Pros

Nice head office, nice bistro and no accountability.Hard to put in any more words. There are not any more. If you want a job for a pay check, this is the place.

    Cons

Led by management where vision and actions do not match. If you can sell yourself and play politics, you will be part of the 'boy's club'. Complete lack of diversity literally and in thought. It is all about politics. People with no concrete experience and lack of execution get heard and those who truly care about making a difference and contributing do not, only because it is all about who you know, what relationship you have with them. Even the smallest decision has to have a whole crew people approve and discuss, even when it is right for the employees and the organization. Every single decision is based on whether you can play politics and if you can be part of the right boy's club so you can be either retained or promoted. Capability, ability and passion is definitely not needed here.

    Advice to Management

There are lot of employees in leadership that stifle growth. It would serve the company better if such managers and leaders are removed. It is sad that the founders either can't see this or won't see this. Getting rid of the weeds might help you to stay in market long term. If not, I see this company being sold soon.

    Pros

Traveling to site installations and working with team members. I find it hard to find to many pros due to the lack of a clear company mission and vision.

    Cons

Where to start. If I was to do this again and was offered a position at intelligrated I would say no. I wanted to join a company that respects the individual and has real diversity not just in employees. But in thought and collaboration. Each team runs independently and will not partner with the others because of the lack of a common company goal, vision or teamwork.

    Advice to Management

Stop with the constant unplanned changes before no one is left to perform the real work. By approving all the half thought ideas that are presented for personal advancement. Then forcing everyone perform against numbers that are bogus.
