If the senior folk is serious about work, his reportee shoudl also be like him. But many times, such discipline is missing from senior folks hence it does not reflect in people below them.

- If you are laid back and cannot think beyond Hyderabad, then its heaven
 - Good onshore opportunities on threatening Managent to leave
 - Smart guys will be like 'Lion of a empty jungle'
 - Salary should not be a problem
 - Good place for freshers to learn as the Company is small

- Horrible policies
 - Incompetent Management has enormous power
 - Poor infrastructure
 - Poor growth path from Junior Management onwards
 - Absolutely no trainings, I mean it

People and policies are the two most important pillars of a Company, do not neglect them
Changing the appraisal cycle every year can save some money on bonus not paid for those month but in long term it causes more harm. Every finance professional knows how a P&L and balance sheet can be twicked to 'show' a good picture of the Comany, in long term does that really show a organic improvement in the working of the Company.

Pros

Good working environment and management. Good Salary perks.

Cons

There is no canteen in any of intelligroup offices. There are no university packages for higher education.
