I worked at Intelliswift (Less than a year)

    Pros

Increased my hourly since I didn't want the health benefits

    Cons

Everything. They only care about their client and not you their employee. I felt like I was in the 1930's- sent out to work hard, not appreciated and they took 40% of what the company paid them for my services. They don't stand behind promises. Agreed to reimburse me for some expenses on their behalf then said, sorry didn't get approval so I got stuck losing $75 dollars. They lost my application papers several times whether faxed or mailed. Kept coming back and asking for papers. I stopped sending copies it was costing me in fax charges and postage. Made me nervous on who could see my personal information. They have your address, ssn, dob, full name. All the stuff for ID fraud. I blocked them from my cell. I don't want anything to do with them. You need to make your own choices based on how you are treated by them.

    Advice to Management

Close shop and find a new profession. Yes you can make money but who really wants money that is not made through a good reputation and treating others the right way?

    Cons

Undefined job expectations for assignments. Support and follow-thru for contract employees. Salary compensation for role and responsibilities on job site.

I worked at Intelliswift full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    can not think of one.

    Cons

WAS good at H1 processing but recenetly (July 2013) few employees got their H1 recalled for some reason... They agree to things verbally and will back off on their words later. Words this employer has used with me when I asked to reimburse my H1 fee: Uses the B word, Immature, Get out of my office....While management was shouting these wods at me they also mentioned I am no professional....something to ponder about

    Advice to Management

This is a sinking ship, get your act together, or Karma will get you at the end you mean money minded greedy management people!
