    I worked at Inter Parfums

    Pros

growing and expanding. Support from top management. Dynamic, fun and diverse.

    Cons

CEO could be very involved and have meetings till very late (8:00PM - 10:00PM) but is once a month so not to big of a deal

I have been working at Inter Parfums

    Pros

I learned quiet a bit albeit the hard way. Nice location, right in Midtown.

    Cons

Company culture is crappy. Long hours. Stupid rules pressed on by the CEO. Learning and or sharing of ideas is not welcomed at least in my department. People seemed to acquire the Stockholm Syndrome with regards to the CEO.
    Benefits are crappy as well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some people seem to be here way past their expiration date and therefore cannot see outside the box or even themselves. Too many "protected" personnel who continue to err without any ramifications. I guess as long as the money rolls in anything could be overlooked.

I have been working at Inter Parfums full-time

    Pros

Interesting products and industry to work in. People are generally pleasant and professional. Company seems to have a stable business.

    Cons

Long hours, no flex-time or ability to work from home. Pay isn't up to par with other NYC companies. No advertising of open positions so there's no room for movement or growth. Very antiquated process system that creates more work for several departments. Office space is very tight.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the feedback of employees regarding their concerns. Maybe review working hours and see if flex-time or tele-commuting would be acceptable.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Inter Parfums (less than a year)

    Pros

The exit door is wide open.

    Cons

    One sentence is too much!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep hiring crooks who refer to a coworker as "a f(...)ing piece of sh(...)it" and soon you'll have to deal with lawsuits.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Inter Parfums

    Pros

Great energy levels , for a company which continues to expand.
Expansion requires a strong foundation, which seems upper management has selected the right people to build the foundation for continued success.

    Cons

No flex time, or staggered start times, could boost moral...?
A few pictures on the walls, staring at computer screens and the blinds drawn,
Create a 'homier' environment since one spends many hours there.

    Recommends
    Approves of CEO
