Pros – Great energy levels , for a company which continues to expand.
Expansion requires a strong foundation, which seems upper management has selected the right people to build the foundation for continued success.

Cons – No flex time, or staggered start times, could boost moral...?
A few pictures on the walls, staring at computer screens and the blinds drawn,
Create a 'homier' environment since one spends many hours there.

Pros – Interesting products and industry to work in. People are generally pleasant and professional. Company seems to have a stable business.

Cons – Long hours, no flex-time or ability to work from home. Pay isn't up to par with other NYC companies. No advertising of open positions so there's no room for movement or growth. Very antiquated process system that creates more work for several departments. Office space is very tight.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the feedback of employees regarding their concerns. Maybe review working hours and see if flex-time or tele-commuting would be acceptable.
